SHIPPING /DELIVERY
Fromie deliveries are operated through Royal Mail OR hand delivered within the Frome area.
We currently offer second class delivery to keep postage as low as possible for you guys, but if you have a rush on just let us know!
Where we can local deliveries will be delivered on the same or next day day. Orders placed after 12.30pm on a Saturday will be sent on Monday.
We deliver to Mainland UK only.

Our standard delivery charge is £3.00
Parcels are packed and despatched from Fromie HQ at around 3pm each day (Mon – Sat)
Whilst Fromie do our utmost to ensure deliveries are made on the requested date, please note that such dates serve as estimates only and cannot be guaranteed in any way.
Any claim for non-delivery of any goods shall be notified in writing by the Customer to Fromie within 10 days of the intended delivery date.
Regardless of how the order is communicated to Fromie (online, email, telephone or instore) it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order and delivery details are correct at time of purchase prior to dispatch.
Our guarantee is limited to delivering to the building, not individual recipients.
Fromie do not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or other disruption in supply and deliveries brought about because of any of the following: Inaccurate or incomplete delivery address details. Delayed payment (cleared funds) Delayed order receipt.
Fromie reserve the right to charge the customer an additional fee for carriage, handling charges or unusable content in the event of a failed delivery caused by the supply of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address by the customer.

All items featured on our website are subject to availability.
The product images shown on the website are intended for presentation purposes only. Gifts and their contents are configured for safe and secure transit using the appropriate packaging methods, employed at the discretion of Fromie.
ORDERING
All goods remain the property of Fromie until they have been paid for in full (cleared funds).

REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued if Fromie is contacted 2 hours before dispatch. No items can be refunded once received unless faulty or broken, this will be at the discretion of Fromie dependant on your retail rights.
Please let us know ASAP if there is a problem with your order.
14 day period is the time you have to decide that your goods are not what you were expecting or are damaged, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
Goods should be marked RETURNS and sent to: 14 Marston Rd, Frome, BA11 4DA.
You will get a refund within 14 days of either Fromie getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
If your goods are faulty, don’t do what they're supposed to, or don’t match the description given, you have the same consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act, as you have when buying in store.
The cost of returning an item won’t apply where the goods being returned are faulty.
Fromie will only refund the basic cost of delivery for returned goods.
FORCE MAJEURE
Fromie shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement caused by factors outside its control.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be governed by English law: The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in connection with this agreement.
